- Team competition

- Each team will have a maximum of 18 players

- The competition system will be the best of 3 sets, with 1x1 super tiebreak competition 10 points

- Each victory will count 3 points and each defeat 1 point.

- Games, sets and tiebreaks will be added together, using the LetzPlay app's tiebreaker system.

- All teams will face each other, with the top 4 competing in a SEMI-FINAL

and FINAL.

- Six athletes pre-selected by each team's captain will play each match

- If a player has a last-minute problem and cannot attend, the organizer must be notified BEFORE the matches are determined.

- Once the matches are determined, there can be no player changes

- The level of the athletes will be based on the category in which they participate in the RP

TENNIS TEAM ranking.

- If the player does not participate in the ranking, he will be classified by the organization and a vote will be held between all captains.

Confrontations will be determined by lines:

Line 1 – GOLD | SILVER+

Line 2 – SILVER | BRONZE+ | BRONZE

Line 3 – BRONZE | BLACK+ | BLACK

Line 4 – WHITE+ | WHITE

Line 5 – DOUBLES (only categories that were not used in the singles will be accepted).

If you use the highest category on Line 1, you are prohibited from using the best category on Line 2, and so on.

Every line that uses the best category, the subsequent line will be required to use the other categories.

Example:

Line 1 – GOLD | SILVER+.

Line 2 – If you use GOLD in Line 1, you would only have the option of BRONZE+ | BRONZE.

Line 2 – If you use SILVER+ in Line 1, you could choose between SILVER/BRONZE+ | BRONZE.

Line 3 – If you use SILVER in Line 2, you would only have the option of BLACK+ | BLACK.

Line 3 – If you use BRONZE+/BRONZE in Line 2, you could choose between BRONZE | BLACK+ | BLACK.

Line 4 – If you use BRONZE in Line 3, you would only have the option of WHITE.

Line 4 – If you use BLACK+ or BLACK, you could choose between WHITE+ and WHITE.

Line 5 – Doubles can be formed with any category not used in the singles.

All players registered by January 31, 2025, will have a registration fee of $10.00

- Players registered after January 31, with a deadline of March 1, 2025, the registration fee will be $15.00.

The deadline for registering new players will be March 1, 2025

A player registered on a team, and not used, may request to change teams at any time. If he has already played at least 1 match, he may only change teams with the approval of the organization and a vote among the captains

Any team may substitute players for the following reasons:

- Injury

- Traveling for more than 3 months

- Inappropriate behavior within the team or during the event

- Personal problems (the player sends an official request to the organization, which will evaluate the situation).

Any situation beyond those mentioned will be evaluated by the organization.

If the organization believes that a change can be made, it will be voted on among the captains.

Cannot be replaced for the following reason:

- Technical criteria

A substituted player will pay a registration fee according to the rules above.

The match uses 6 athletes per team, with a cost of $17.00 per athlete (only athletes selected for the match are paid), and is paid by every Friday before the match.

In the event of a WO in any line, the missing team will pay the cost of its athlete and the athlete of the other team.

Included in the cost:

- Reserved court

- New balls

- Water

- Gatorade
